The winner of Airtel Super Singer Season 5 shall be decided based on the cumulative weighted average ranks secured by the contestant(s) through the Poll and the scores given by the judges for their performances in the Program. The ranks secured, as per the Poll votes and the scores obtained from the Judges, shall have equal weightage (i.e: 50% weightage to the rank based on votes and 50% weightage to the rank based on scores obtained from Judges). The votes received from the viewer(s), and the scores obtained by the respective contestant from the judges in the Program, shall be ranked separately.ġ1. VTPL / its authorized process validator shall be entitled to reject votes cast by email ids generated by any automated process or by such other process which in the opinion of VTPL/its authorized process validator is dubious.ġ0.
Vote(s) cast during (a) Non-Poll Hours or (b) prior to or later than Poll Period mentioned herein and (c) beyond the permitted number per email id shall not be considered and shall be null and void.ĩ. A Viewer shall be entitled to only 5 votes per email id per day.Ĩ. Vijay Television Private Limited (“VTPL”) and/or the Channel reserves the right to change the dates, the timings and days of the Program, without giving prior written intimation to the viewers.ģ. During the Poll Period, the Channel shall at its discretion telecast the performance of the contestants selected for competing in the Grand Finale of “Airtel Super Singer Season 5” scheduled on the 18th of March 2016 at Chennai (“Program”) everyday from 9th March, 2016 between 21:30 hours to 22:30 hours (Saturday & Sunday excluded) and repeats of each such episode as per its program scheduling policy. The Poll shall commence from 9th March 2016 at 21.30 hours and would be open till 19th March, 2016 1:00 hours or until the completion of the Live telecast of the entire performance of all contestants competing in the Grand Finale of Airtel Super Singer Season 5, whichever is earlier (Poll Period).Ģ.
